It's day two of campaigning, and already things have started to go negative. In the past, campaigns have had provocateurs that have taken shots at the other side -- but these sorts of direct shots, this early, are unheard of. Here's a recap of the scrummage today:

Smartly, Walrath-Goldsmith are playing as the frontrunners and staying out of the fray. I have to wonder what Greenway-Beaves are thinking, though. There may be a time to start attacking Walrath-Goldsmith, but Reed-Simonson? And this early? Walrath-Goldsmith currently have three times the group size as the other two tickets - combined. If you want to go negative, make substantive claims about other tickets' platforms. That's what it should be about: this issues. Leave the gossip about who is and isn't somewhere to NISGElections.com. That's why we make the big bucks.
